I would highly recommend a Pilates class from Sally. She makes sure you know exactly what you’re doing and that you are doing it right. The class varies each week so you don’t do the same things. Everyone in the class is friendly and there is no pressure.
Sally has a great way of motivating you. She's really good at listening and working out what you can do and encouraging you to progress. I would recommend any class with sally she is a professional.
I would recommend the classes as I think it does the body and mind good. Working on the core and body posture helps to stop problems occurring as you get older.
